PLUMM – PLánovač Udržitelné Městské Mobility – is a model aiming to support municipal and regional self-governments in planning mobility development in their territory and decision-making on appropriate measures to solve traffic and transport problems.
The tool helps public administration and self-government representatives choose for implementation suitable transport measures to solve specific problems or achieve goals set in planning documents (such as the Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan). The PLUMM model contains innovative measures that can be expected to have a significant impact on sustainable mobility development and urban development; these measures have their impacts documented in expert literature. In addition to an overview of quantified impacts of each measure, the model offers tips and experience from cities where similar measures have been implemented.
